is just such an awesome person not to mention extremely knowledgeable! When we picked out my wife's ring - we spent hours there! Then we had to pick out the center stone and that was a process! He was beyond patient with us. He answered all of our questions and also explained how diamonds are graded. He never got annoyed with us at all during the process. He made us feel like we were family! Then we went in months later and picked out my ring as well as the wedding bands that we wanted for our rings. We were not happy with the one that went with my wife's band so yet again - Tyler gets all of these bands out and patiently goes through them with us and helps us pick out the perfect bands! Over 3 hours we spent with him and again....we had his full undivided attention! Never making us feel rushed or anything like that! If you are looking for quality jewelry, an awesome selection, and top notch customer service then J.L. Winters is the only stop you will need to make. We will never shop anywhere else for our jewelry needs! Thank you to Tyler and J.L. Winters for always being so good to us! We really appreciate it!
